1. Where is Harbour Mode based?
Our main business operations, warehouse, and returns department are based in Italy: Via Trieste 27, Azzano Decimo, Pordenone 33082, Italy. We also have a support office in the United Kingdom at 71‑75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (Company Number: 15535005). All returns and shipments are handled through our Italy facility.

2. Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
Yes. We ship all our products from Italy to customers across the United Kingdom. Shipping is free on all orders within the UK.

3. How long does shipping take?
Handling time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Transit time to the UK is approximately 6–8 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

5. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. We have a 30‑day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging. For returns due to change of mind or wrong size or color, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

6. What if my item is defective or damaged?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.

7. How do I request a return?
Please email us at info@harbourmode.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

8. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge any restocking fee. You will only be responsible for the return shipping cost in cases of customer remorse.

9. How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Processing time by your bank or card issuer may vary.
