At Harbour Mode, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Sale items and gift cards are non‑returnable.

📦 How to Start a Return

Email us at info@harbourmode.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Wait for our return authorization and instructions.
Do not send items back without prior authorization—returns without approval will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

âś… No restocking fee.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping cost.

Customer Remorse (Changed Mind, Ordered Wrong Size/Color):
⚠️ You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
⚠️ We do not charge any restocking fee.
⚠️ The original shipping cost (if any) is non‑refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order for the desired item.
You may also contact us at info@harbourmode.com for guidance on an exchange.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
(Processing time by your bank or card issuer may vary.)
